Our Return Policy: All Sales are Final. No returns or refunds. For exceptions see our guarantee. In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it after receipt of the defective item. We will pay for shipping and give you a online store credit to compensate you for the shipping of the defective item to us.

Shipping charges are calculated on a flat rate basis and may change from time to time. We ship USPS media mail with Delivery Confirmation on Tuesdays and Fridays.
